I also uncovered an approach in Alabama that would strengthen the revenue and premium financed for SIUPREM and I also added a new revenue stream for the agency that at least doubled the premium financing coming to SIUPREM. In doing that I was also asked to accelerate the growth in Mississippi and Tennessee. During that time the sister company SIU, a MGA, was in the middle of developing a non-standard personal auto program and transferred me to the MGA because I had extensive agency relationships and knowledge of that line of business. While listening to a presentation on the progress and particulars of the program I asked for a meeting with senior staff developing the program and identified a critical component we needed to implement from the beginning to be successful. I was thanked for my collaboration, and they implemented my recommendations. I developed the distribution points from 0 to over 170 points in 3 states in a period of 6 months. Show less
