I am writing this recommendation to express my gratitude for the work Norma Gutierrez has performed with H2H and as the Community Relations Director for the Professional Women’s Veterans Coalition. Norma has been a strong and reliable resource for the PWVC committee and an excellent source of knowledge to my recruiting team when we have a veteran candidate. She is always the first one to let me know when hiring events are available to my company. The Red, White, and You Career Fair from November 2012 was a very prosperous event for PRFS and we would not have been there if Norma had not informed me of the event. Norma preforms her role to the utmost professional manner and is always happy to listen to one’s needs and introduce the right people to connect from her network. We are more than excited to have Norma as a key member to PWVC and I am personally happy to have her in my network as a hiring resource through H2H.
