Specific Duties Include: provide outreach to underperforming and underrepresented students at Jordan Middle School, in community neighborhoods, churches and YMCA; coordinate parent education around the increased graduation requirements and resources at Palo Alto High School, in community neighborhoods, churches and YMCA; Coordinate the (Tinsley -VTP) tutoring program with specializes in Science, Math and Language Arts to provide intention and specific support for underperforming and underrepresented students with college options. act as PNSC liaison; liaison with community organizations that support students outside of the school day; lead support teams for students; provide Outreach counsel program to students on personal, academic or career issues and determine if additional support is required through additional resources such as community support groups, workshops and resources.
