• Organize GSM site search and selection, Technical Site Surveys and MW Line of site (LOS) surveys, MOU/Lease agreement signing, Permitting, NOCs and related government documentation • Keep track and follow-up submission of SARs/TSSRs, Signed MOUs and facilitates customer approvals, PACs/FACs/ Site Folders • Responsible for the review and approval of Lease Contracts / hand over/keep track of all Lessor’s signed Contracts, invoices, rental cheques, permanent power connection payments from the Operator to subcontractors and lessors, and strict monitoring of payment due dates • Facilitate approval of all correspondences related to landlords, government authorities, semi-private entities. • Facilitate requests with the Finance Department on the requisition of cheques /payments for rents, power connection and other miscellaneous charges • Coordinate daily progress of subcontractor’s site acquisition (SAQ) teams to ensure roll out targets for SAQ are achieved • Follow-up all sites and validate database at all stages in accordance with project guidelines. (EPM and manual trackers) (SARs, TSSRs, RF Data, LOS Report, Leasing, Permitting) • Responsible to monitor that all documents pertaining to acquisition and permitting are stored in project library (E-PM) • Follow-up subcontractors’ SAQ Process. Check lease contracts are made according to Customer requirements and within agreed time scales • Arrange handover of lease documents to customer with transmittals/submittals • Arrange collection of signed leases and rental cheques from the customer and ensure documents are returned to subcontractors as per approved procedure • Ensure SAQ and Permitting processes defined in the Project Plan are valid and up to date • Attend customer and internal project meetings • Manage the preparation and approval process of Notices to Proceed/Purchase Orders to all subcontractors/suppliers per specified Scope of Works and Bill of Quantities
