Once becoming a member, new associates will be guided to the training section, via Facebook and other outlets, to be prepared and begin working immediately! As new a new member, you are now the leader. Its up to you to use what you learn to build a growing network marketing business with help and support from other team members just like yourself! Requirements and Responsibilities: - Must have an active bank account with first and only $40 payment - Must have a Facebook to be able to access team support. - Must be available to work at least 3-4 hours a day - Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to all new clients - Become active in support group and attend occasional conference calls - Maintain current Knowledge of MCA - Document best practices on developing and deploying MCA promoting strategies, sharing internally for reuse by new customers, clients and partners - Help mentor other agents in need of tools and tips to push them along in this business - Actively market on our primary platform, Facebook - Continue to learn beyond the given training on a daily basis Show less
