Norm and I worked together on the very complex Brighton Learning Center Campus - a joint venture effort to re-purpose a former hospital building into a multi-tenant community learning campus. The project was jointly developed by the Community Reach Foundation and the Brighton Urban Redevelopment Authority. Working with Norm and his team at Guidance Corporate Realty Advisors was a pleasure. His key role on the project was Owner and Building representative assisting the Design team in expediting decisions, and marketing the building to potential tenants and community service agencies. I found Norm to be a pleasure to work with, an excellent communicator, fair and honest, and to have the client & projects' best interests at heart in all of his efforts. I would strongly recommend him to other clients looking for Commercial Real Estate representation or Building management services. I look forward to working with his team in the future.
