  Team Leader / Machine OperatorWorking and leading a team of 3 my main duties:• Co-ordinating & planning my work based on the production schedule daily. • Taking action and re-prioritising each job based on defects and extra materials as per clients requirements. • Checking the draw and the description of the profile for the line setting • Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure the profiles are placed next to the line correctly• Setting up & testing the machine daily for compliance and to ensure it’s ready for production • Periodic quality control of the machine and product & maintaining the required run speed of the line• Ensuring the production line is running constantly with the correct product• Control scrap level to approved levels, following correct procedures and informing relevant personnel of any issues • Pack laminated profiles in to stillage to fulfil demand whilst ensuring highest quality standards • Printing stickers for the stillage with relevant product information to avoid errors• Packaging products which requires separate package then placing the sticker on it before it’s placed on to the stillage • Liaising with the Logistics department to dispatch prepared goods for transfer to clients • Completing the ‘Finished goods’ reports & ‘Quality Control’ reports in the office for the Production Manager
