I have worked for and with Norbert over the last 5 years, both at T-Systems and then between Shell and T-Systems. Norbert is a pleasure to work with, always enthusiastic and willing to get involved, in addition to being very technically competent and knowledgeable. He is able to communicate clearly, both to technical and business audiences. He always delivers on his commitments on time and to a very high standard. It is always great to know Norbert is involved in a design, since you can then rely on it being a success.

Having Norbert in a team gives you confidence, that there is no task, problem, issue which would remain unsolved - it's only a matter of time. Norbert is able to see big picture, but also go into details if required. He can perfectly understand business and translate it into solution vision. With his level of experience and professionalism he has ability to influence and convince stakeholders, using reasonable argumentation and placing customer's interest on the first place.

I started working for T-Systems on the Shell Global Account (SGA) in the Netherlands. I joined to the SharePoint Centre of Excellence, a team assembled from Technical Architects, Solution Architects and Technical Business Consultants for client Royal Dutch Shell. Our team was facing to Shell’s line of businesses and architects where we delivered solutions, documentations, business and technical rules for the SharePoint platform. My initial role was a technical architect and I was responsible to guide and help the business how to design SharePoint solutions. Later I became the lead of the Solution Architects (group of 5 people) within the team and my day to day activities moved from consultancy more towards platform architecture. This involved also participation of architecture meetings and working with middle-ware and other architects within Shell and T-Systems. Show less

During the years I spent working at ABESSE Ltd. I also had a chance to work on SharePoint projects with co-operation with Microsoft. My acquaintances at MCS (Microsoft Consulting Services) asked me whether I would like to join Microsoft. As it was my primary goal in my career to join Microsoft, I happily took the opportunity. I joined Microsoft Hungary as an Associate SharePoint Consultant. My daily work shifted from development more towards consulting and solution architecture. ABESSE is a medium-sized Microsoft Gold Partner company. At this time my goal was to work at Microsoft but I did not have the required experience and knowledge yet to work there. Instead they recommended to join one of their Gold Partners where I can gain experience. I truly believe ABESSE was the best choice. The company is full of experienced, intelligent people from whom I could learn a lot. I’ve started working with SharePoint 2007 and I’ve became one of the “SharePoint guy” at the company. My work included, consultancy with customers, solution architecture, writing functional specifications and development. Thanks to the nature of SharePoint I also gained experience in Microsoft SQL server, Windows Active Directory and in Microsoft infrastructure in general. Almost after 4 years I felt again I have to move on to find other challenges. During these years with many big and small projects behind my back I’ve become a senior developer and an experienced SharePoint consultant. Show less

I’ve started my career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a junior C# developer. I was responsible for maintaining a custom business application as well as implementing new functions and features for it. Working at TCS gave me a good experience of working in a multinational company where different people and cultures are met and create something unique.
