Nora worked with me as my manager, she oversaw the Housekeeping Department for a 24 acre, 685 villa resort; the department consisted of 70+ associates. She was successful in attracting, retaining and motivating each of our associates while ensuring a safe work environment. She took a crucial role in establishing and implementing policies and procedures for departmental operations.
