  My first assignment had been with a program under PETRONAS Exploration and Production, Health, Safety and Environment called Technical Integrity Process Safety (TIPS). This program is a 5 year program to enhance the Asset Integrity of all upstream PETRONAS facilities in Malaysia and International locations. My main role and scope are as follows: • Planning, development and implementation of communication packs for Management, Operators/Technicians, Engineers, Contractors and any other specific topics under the program. • Provide advice, assistance and facilitate all 7 workstreams under the program for any training, workshops and events. • Planning, development and implementation of Change Readiness Assessment (CRA) and Change Agent Network (CAN) for the program. • Planning, development and dissemination of program collaterals such as posters, buntings, pamphlets and booklets. My current assignment with HumanCap is as a Project Manager under Technical Data in PETRONAS Upstream. The list of projects under Technical Data are as follows: • Technical Data Standards which requires development of 5 new Technical Data Standards for PETRONAS Upstream which are: o Well Header o Well Symbols o Well Naming Guidelines for Development & Production Wells o Log Curves Naming o Sedimentology Standard Legend • As a follow-up to the development of the Technical Data Standards above, I was then to implement 2 of the Standards above to the relevant Corporate Data Stores and systems. • Data Quality Management for specific business users within PETRONAS Upstream. • Development of a 5 years Look Ahead Plans for Technical Data. • Data Analytics Architecture, Standards & Governance. Its objective is to develop the Framework Architecture and its associated governance processes and guidelines for Data Analytics. Show less
