Nora provided some excellent insights into my social media pages. She reminds me of Martin Luther, utiliziing the latest technology in the service of the gospel and the church.

Nora has worked with out nonprofit on a pro bono basis running our social media (specifically Twitter campaign). Since she began, our Twitter page has exploded in regards to new, highly visible followers; retweets by important partners in the field; and conveying our message and information in a succinct and timely manner. Her work has exceeded the goals and has really helped move our organization forward, making us more visible in the community. Nora also takes initiative - needing little guidance and having precise insight into our needs without direction. Her campaign was spot on and we could not be more grateful and impressed with her hard work.

I managed all aspects of the organization's operations and outreach, including but not limited to advocating for human rights and religious freedoms in Egypt in Congress, creating and implementing communications strategies, managing social media and press contacts, fundraising, budgeting, grant writing and recruiting and leading all volunteers and staff. Under my leadership, in less than 3 years, three regional chapters of CAA were established and the organization's membership quadrupled.
