Rohman joined PII as an investigator in 2013. Rohman has experience working as a death penalty mitigation investigator for the past four years, on a number of capital cases in Arizona, Alaska, and Washington. Rohman has experience conducting workplace discrimination for Los Angeles County workers, criminal defense investigations, as well as Title IX investigations involving sexual assault allegations on college campuses. She is an Advanced Title IX investigator, and has participated annually in specialized training for conducting Title IX investigations. Rohman has particular expertise in the area of sexual orientation and gender identity. In 2017, Rohman gave a presentation on Gender Identity in Title IX investigations as a part of the T9 Mastered Training Program. In 2015, Rohman spoke at the annual conference for the Association of Workplace Investigators on LGBTQ communities and workplace investigations.
