Nora and I have been colleagues at the School of Public Affairs for over two years. I admire the care with which she interacts with everyone and especially with her student advisees. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Nora and I had offices across from one another and I watched each day as students left Nora's office with big smiles. They left that way because Nora always took the time to ask about them - their goals, their highs, their lows - she took the time to get to know them and not just their class schedules. Nora also treats her colleagues with the same care. She celebrates the successes of her teammates and it always there to lend an ear or a hand. Nora is very well-connected throughout campus because of her work ethic, spirit, and love for her job. It is my privilege to work with Nora and the School of Public Affairs students and staff are lucky to have her!

I met with Nora during my career transition over the summer while she was working at Connecting People, Inc. She was very helpful with her advice and guidance, and assisted me tremendously with my next career step. Thank you!
