  My last position at Taylor's University was as the PA to the Executive Dean, Faculty of Business & Law. Among my roles are: - Acting as the point of contact between the Executive Dean and colleagues and other external parties. - Source, analyze, compile and present information and data as per the requirement to support the Executive Dean and Head of School's role, functions, and decisions. - Organising faculty board, faculty and schools’ meetings and booking of meeting venue. - Taking minutes and writing them up subsequently - Coordinating industry engagement events, i.e., Industrial Advisory Panel meetings, launching event, signing of MoU event, guest talks and awards ceremony. - Support on research grant, the appointment of GRA, processing payment and updating payment records. - Support on staff trainings and conferences - Manages the calendars, appointments, claims, letters of the Executive Dean and Head of School - Collating and keeping track on external / adjunct appointments - Handling correspondence directed to Executive Dean and Head of School - Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries - Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems. - Taskforce member for QS Ranking project - Support to 2018 International Conference on Human Capital (ICHC) Show less
