  Teaching is my passion! I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work. For example, I need to teach new subject for the new batch of students. I only knew that I need to take the subject in 3 days before the class start and I am not a type to let tough situations control me. Instead, I study about the subject and get some information about the students and decide the best approach for the best result and well I success to score 98.0% teaching evaluation from the student’s end of the semester. My greatest strength is I am ambitious and driven person. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. In my current job, I was promoted as a Head of Department of Healthcare Services Program on May 2019 till now. My other forte as lecturer are I love to guide and encourage my students to driven their strength to the level max. I always gave full support to them in achieve their goals. When they do not make it, I will encourage them to try again and never give up. This is me, a people person. I love to meet new people (students @ etc) and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. I can almost always find common ground with strangers, and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. I find this skill is especially when I went for Education Exhibition to find new students for my institution, and I success to bring 5-10 students to my institution. Show less
