      I was appointed as COO of Amanahraya REIT on 1 January 2016, after assuming the role of Head of Investment since December 2011. Upon assuming the role of COO, I have successfully completed 3 new acquisitions generating average net yield of 6.5% per annum. Simultaneously, to further enhance AmanahRaya REIT's position in M-REIT market and to ensure ARREIT continues to be value and yield accretive, I have led the initiative to establish a strategic partnership with another entity. Upon detail deliberation and negotiation, on 19 December 2016 I have led the team to establish the first Malaysian Japanese based REIT in Malaysia with Kenedix Japan, a highly reputable asset management company that manages 6 REITS in Japan with total asset under management (AUM) of approximately USD6 billion.
