Provide 24x7 support where needed especially during service recovery, special events and tight deadline. • Document Solution into FAQ/Knowledge base. Prepare basic training/knowledge sharing slides for the related area/topics/tools. Conduct training and knowledge sharing session for other related team member and Service desk personnel. • Perform other duties as reasonably instructed by the Head of IT infrastructure consistent with the grade for the placement.
