      The primary role of this position is to support all projects’ teams in effective program/projects planning and impact orientated implementation. For two and half year I served the project as social organizer and then was given additional responsibilities of Training Officer which I performed for rest of the two year during my association with the project. Under this assignment I got experience of integrated project implementation and formed 55 community based organization and imparted trainings to community organizations on management and leadership skills .
