  The primary role of this position is to support all projects’ teams in effective program/projects planning and impact orientated implementation. Responsible for development and review of program strategies and SOPs, framework of operations, approaches and provide technical assistance to fund raising department in development of quality proposal. Serve as member of program management group consist of senior management team to assist senior management team (SMT) in setting up of organizational strategic direction and upholding organizational accountability framework. More specifically responsible for support to project teams in program planning, and review. Technical assistance in implementation of thematic programs to accomplish on commitments with beneficiaries, LASOONA and donors. Build synergies, standardization and integration of the programs/projects, capacity building of staff both structured training and on the job coaching. Support communication department in knowledge management including production and development of IEC materials, documentation of success/failure studies and stories. Support fund raising department through retailing organizational program’s expertise, implementation of organization’s fundraising strategy, develops and maintain donor relations to align programmatic direction with the most likely sources of funding. Serve as member of the procurement committee of the organization. Provide technical inputs in specification and selection of goods and services related to programs.   I Join LASOONA as social organizer for Malakand rural development project which was a multi-sector project financially supported by Asian development bank and Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. For two and half year I served the project as social organizer and then was given additional responsibilities of Training Officer which I performed for rest of the two year during my association with the project. Under this assignment I got experience of integrated project implementation and formed 55 community based organization and imparted trainings to community organizations on management and leadership skills .
