Through CivicTech, we can create far-reaching tools for participatory democracy. Cap Collectif does so through an end-to-end SaaS solution in the form of a platform that allows actors from both public and private sectors to launch different types of online consultations.

As part of the evolution of this product, the Civic-AI project aims to build and deploy an intelligent system for automatic analysis of text contributions on these online citizen participation platforms.

My responsibilities on this project go from product discovery and setting technical specifications, all the way to developing and releasing NLP features. Show less

As an NLP Engineer in the Research and Innovation team, I am responsible for developing and maintaining Natural Language Processing technology for all entities of the Acolad Group. Together, we industrialised the creation of custom neural machine translation models and propelled their usage in Acolad entities globally through new tools and plug-ins, technical training seminars, and digital learning ressources. Through a pluridisciplinary approach combining computer science and engineering with theoretical linguistics, I work towards creating a modular NLP process that innovates, while intelligently utilising all of Acolad's natural language ressources.
