  I and my team mates worked on creating a comprehensive and sustainable nutrition program for both schools as well as households of Munsieville township in Krugersdorp to address malnutrition, especially in children and mothers. This was done by conducting a needs assessment which consisted of creating and conducting surveys regarding nutrition with relations to the community. Health promotion and policy development are some of the public health aspects we focused on. We also did small and medium scale farming around the community and schools and then created a nutritional food manual that will help guide the community on anything nutrition.
