TESTA (Transforming the Experience of Students through Assessment) is a student-run research project in collaboration with Learning and Teaching Enhancement to gather the opinions and experiences of SOAS students to improve the institution's assessment and feedback practices. My role as an intern includes: - Designed and improved the survey, which received 277 responses from the student body - Analysed and visualised survey findings through Microsoft Excel - Led meetings to gather expert opinions, such as accessibility and inclusivity in communication - Produced communication strategies such as Tiktok and Moodle Banners to reach students - Designed social media posts on Instagram to advertise the project Show less
