Main Duties and Responsibilities -Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases. -Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms. • Windows Active Directory user creation, maintenance and support • Network troubleshooting • Security software configuration and support (Sophos) • Helpdesk maintenance and support • Implementation, maintenance, and support of Telecommunication Systems (VoIP and Pabx) • Network configuration, maintenance and support • Antivirus installation, maintenance, and support (Kaspersky, Sophos) • ICT equipment inventory management • ICT equipment hardware repairs (printers and laptops) • User support on all computer-related queries • Data backups, Formulation of Disaster Recovery procedures for various applications and conducting DR tests on all Applications in line with Business continuity Policies. • ICT Software user training • Virtual platform administration (Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google meet) • Desktop support (Windows, MS office and other applications) • Software administration and support -Configure and manage Server Infrastructure, Servers include the Virtual Controllers, Domain controller, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Backup Server, ERP Server, Database Servers, File Server and DHCP Server.
