  Development of Cost Effective Chemical formulation of Safety Match. Development of Inhouse Adhesives (Glues), Inks (Flexo &Gravure inks) & Different Variants of Safety Match for Export and Local Market. Perform HSE Activities at plant related to Chemical Hazards, Manage HAZCOM program, Maintain Safety Data Sheets of Chemicals, installation of fire fighting tools and hoses/Sprays, arrange PPE's to all employees as per their job nature. Maintain record of fire incidents, track their root cause, develop solutions to eliminate and reduce causes to minimize machinery and production loss. To develop procedures to reduce Process Waste, work cycle for waste reduction, & environment friendly disposal procedures. Coordinate with CEO , Production Manager related to quality issues, discuss market complains and develop solutions for product related problems. Perform Chemical Testing of stock chemicals and Maintain Laboratory Equipment's,. keep record of quality control tests, develop procedures for testing of chemicals and Final Product. Manage Boiler Water Internal and External Treatment, making sure to run boiler as per defined parameters of water quality. Perform Troubleshooting of Reverse Osmosis Plant & Cation Exchange Water Softening Plant to maintain Boiler water parameters as per limits and to prevent boiler from internal corrosion & Scale.
