Considering I was working on the beach I decided to learn from the guests I attended to see where some pain points were and how the app could soften them. The biggest seemed to be ordering and getting their food. With this in mind I made some wire frames that told the story of a guest setting their location on the beach through scanning QR codes on flags then selecting some food from the menu and having it being delivered to them by a server or a runner like Chick Fil A.
