  As Youth Cleaning Crew Foreman I was helping teach life skills to youth who had been sentenced to six months to a year of drug rehabilitation treatment to avoid the Indiana Department of Corrections. It was my responsibility to provide a life like work setting and assign different job positions. The experience I received was learning how the mind of person with the disease of drug addiction operates. Being able to help provide structure and demonstration of good work ethic was what I was able to offer. Show less
