  Place orders with suppliers to replenish stock at warehouse. Liaise with suppliers and call centre on stock availability, deliveries and quantities. Maintain service levels of 98% and above. Run SOH reports, check stock levels and reduce risks of expiry and non-stock issues. Review stock covers at warehouse on a daily basis to ensure sufficient cover to meet customer demand, customer orders and promotional activity. Propose weekly replenishment orders to ensure that the days cover targets are met within the space allocations and agreed order lead times. In periods of short supply, work closely with the supplier and MRP controller to get stocks to warehouse. Identify potential under stocks and liaise with relevant supplier to secure stock, escalating problems to the manager and MRP controller. Resolve and eliminate possible “out of stocks” daily.
