  My position entails working with individuals who are mentally challenged, doing home visits, providing counseling, family support, conducting support and life skills groups,doing awareness programs in clinics and in schools. A lot of report writing is done and a compilation of statistics every month to illustrate if targets have been met. We also place clients in residential facilities and workshops where they are able enhance their skills despite the fact that they are mentally challenged.
