Property: With the large increase in property receivership cases, I oversee a large property portfolio covering build outs (housing estates, etc) along with property management - apartment blocks, shopping centers and commercial premises, etc. Financing: Involved in planning the financial requirements for the trade of distressed companies and requesting bank funding for same through business plans and cashflow forecasting.
