I had the privilege of working with Noel on a number of projects over the years at the University of Texas. Her critical thinking is beyond robust – where most of us would see an insurmountable problem, she would see a personal challenge. She always came to the table with innovative solutions that at first glance didn’t seem feasible, but once she began explaining her thought process, we quickly saw that her strategies were nuanced and sophisticated, yet practical and perfectly aligned with business objectives and constraints (in other words, she blew us out of the water). Noel is confident, clever, collaborative and above all, she has an incredible sense of personal integrity and work ethic. I can, without reservation, endorse Noel for any opportunity that calls for someone with acumen, enthusiasm, dedication and a creative, solution-oriented approach.
