I have been fortunate to work with Noel in several projects. In his role as a project leader he is clear and he has a good ability to predict and eliminate potential barriers to the project to reach its target. In addition to being organized and have good technical skills, he is a nice fellow who has a good ability to hold together a team and you can happily spend time with both work and leisure.
