  Stepped out on a leap of faith to a new beginning. To an area that scares many people. I have lost so much in 3 years, but I have grown and added to my management experience. There have been many challenges. I excepted a position I thought would be easy with everything I know and a manager and teacher. I did not realize that different Areas of the country have very differnt cultures. It has been difficult But VERY rewarding. In the short time here the warehouse and crew have tripled. We are looking towards our business season yet. This will be my fourth season and am very excited for the chaos to begin. Show less
