I've been working in the busy venue management office for this historical theatre for 15+ years. During my time here, I have been in charge of all administration, working with the senior management team to ensure the venue is safe, staffed and stocked. Duties include website management and digital marketing, customer service, legal administration, diary & travel management, event promotion, insurance, health & safety, licensing, property maintenance, security management, advertising sales, incident reporting, staff management, human resources, executive assistant to the management team, and more besides. It's been a tough time for the entertainment industry during the Covid-19 pandemic, but everyone is excited to be back to live.

Running the management office of casting studio & TV/film equipment company. The Courtyard have a busy casting studio for hire to various film and television production companies to hold auditions. They also hire equipment & crew to big budget films, advertisement shoots, music videos and short films. My role as administrator was varied, I took bookings for studio and equipment, liaised with production companies/casting directors/actors/crew etc, day to day running of the office, coordinated the crew & call times for shoots, as well as doing all the financial accounting and credit control using the TAS Accounts Plus system. In conjunction with The Courtyard Studio I produced music documentary footage of Australian musicians who travel abroad to attempt to break into new markets, and the struggles & successes that they face.
