I got to know Noel when working at Dell where we both were acting to win market share in France. In his role, Noel demonstrated great impacts supporting the Sales Force to gain new clients and to expand our existing business. Working for Noel has been one of the stages where I have learned the most. Noel mixes the vision of where we wants to go to and gets the team around it with getting the hands on to get the job done. He's and excellent manager, respectful, getting each employee to deliver his best, helpful and available to help when we needed him. He defended the team although we were not doing our best results and brought us to overachievement. We can say he was a great motivator that took a team underperforming to grow into overachievement and where each individual felt important. It was a great experience as he started to work with the Spanish market where he had no knowledge of the local market. He came numerous times, meet many customers and key players and learned the local market. From the business perspective he is the best person in "Thinking Out of the Box" and breaking through. He tough me the "Why not?" mentality. Additionally he's a person that always get whatever is need to close the business with creativity and combining many resources. He has great analytics skills and finds the sweet spot of the market, opportunities for growth and leads the team towards those. Based on this we always took advantage of industry trends being one of the first to tackle those opportunities (i.e., education sector, workstations segments, certain public sector segments, certain services, content creation, etc.). I have learned a lot from Noel both as a person and professionally, so I can proudly say I worked for him and with him.
