It was an honour to be Noel's first trainee in UD and I am surprised with all that skills and knowledge as a first time unofficial trainer that he is not yet a full fledged trainer. He did sooooo well in training me and a couple of us, I must say. I wouldn't be confident in my role today, if it wasn't for him and his motivation to keep us going. He's also a great and reliable teammate, always there when we need him online and offline together with the rest of our seniors and colleagues. He provides constructive feedback and criticism that genuinely grooms you only to be better in your role and even as a person at work. 11/10, the plus one is because he loves and drinks coffee as much as I do, even at the most oddest hours and not just for the right reasons like to keep us awake, but because we are just an addict to coffee!!
