  Having been promoted to a combined CIO and COO role, I successfully led and managed IT and business projects across 15 sites, for 350 global users. I managed staff, budgeting, and the development, design and integration of software and hardware solutions. While in the role, I project-managed a $3 million relocation of the company’s corporate headquarters and data centre, within agreed timeframes and 30% under budget. The project included creation / renovation of 23 separate office spaces.
