This job has given me more responsibility organising onsite calibrations, lab calibrations and third party calibrations, see below for more detail in what this role involves.Price all third party calibrations for the annual contractsPrice third party calibrations for the customers who don't operate under an annual contract, this involves getting a quote from a third party and generating a Lotusworks quote and forwarding it on to the customerWorking with finance to approve completed work for billing to customers and payment to the third party vendors. Work with our quality team to on any issues they have and help them maintain the ASL.Train a number of graduate coordinators and apprentices how to coordinate third party calibrations for customers, a number of these have moved on to sites where they are now coordinating work from the site. Carry out bi-weekly meetings with customers and with quality going over the schedule and any problems that may arise. Carry out quarterly meetings with customers reporting on performance and spend in the quarter.
