   Report directly to supervisor.  Followed the safety regulation while doing commissioning activities and followed all safety norms giving top priority on safety of operating personnel.  Punch listing of equipment.  Oil flushing of auxiliary oil line, main lube oil, power oil, jacking oil and rotor barring oil line.  BOP line flushing such as CCW, CW, DH and generator cooling line.  Conduct steam blowing of HP, HP Bypass, LP, LP Bypass, Auxiliary Steam, Gland Steam, and DH Steam Line.  Technical assistance during set-up period and adjustment of parameters.  Operates GE Gas Turbine GT13E2x200MW through Mark Vie DCS from start-up, purge speed, pull speed, no load, synchronization, up to normal load and normal shutdown in a safe and reliable operation.  Operates Steam Turbine Generator 2x90MW through Mark Vie DCS with allowable main steam pressure and temperature gradients to prevent thermal stress, permissible condenser vacuum pressure and in accordance with the plant related start-up curves.  Responsible for cold, warm, and hot start-up for following the required plant specific start-up, curves, transient operation such as run-up, shutdown and load changes to reduce thermal stress of the Steam Turbine.  Operates balance of plants such as CW, CCW, CEP, BFP, CPH, and demi-water system.  Monitoring of all equipment during proper operation.  Conduct regular inspection of Power Plant facilities to ensure plant equipment correct functionality.  Report risky incidents, initiate first respond action to reduce further escalation of said incident.  Coordinate with officer in charge of the area.  Proper coordination/turnover to co-workers and supervisor for detailed ana accurate information with regards to the status of all equipment and operating condition.  Share experience with other commissioning and maintenance personnel.
