We 've had a great and successful project @ Genzyme Flanders together, and although Noel came in the project at a late instance he managed to get the planned shutdown a great success. We actually made it a bit in a shorter time then foreseen, even though it was said up front it was a very ambitious or even impossible program. During the execution Noel managed to keep the atmosphere always positive even at the hardest of times; A great sense of humor without loosing targets was certainly an asset!
