Noam's superior technical skills are only to be matched by his social skills. As soon as Noam arrived as the new head of R&D at Adventure Mob, he practically saved the R&D dept. from collapsing. Within just a few weeks Noam managed to change the atmosphere in the company, allowing us all to work freely and with confidence. Knowing that Noam is in charge of the R&D gave me peace of mind.
