I worked as part of the Global IT Support Team of Soda Stream, The team gives support to Thousands of Users worldwide, Thousands of workstations including Hundreds of servers. The main part of my role was answering phone calls from internal employees, and resolving tickets in a ticketing system, I also gave Tier 2 support to the local IT that are located outside the HQ. Part of my work was maintaining all of the workstations and servers and make sure they are secure. I took on myself to organize all the guides we had into one shared folder, all of the missing guides I needed to create and post so the rest of the team would know how to support less frequent application.
