  The Social Solidarity Foundation aims to assist small businesses in Israel. In this organization, I was the responsible for building the main product - a social media network aimed to help small businesses owners to collaborate and empower each other. as part of it: Created practical ideas to implement the vision in small, testable phases. Gathered requirements and conducting interviews with future customers to create a relevant product plan. Tested and created MVPs to better understand the needs for the different features Established a roadmap for the product, including the business, marketing and development aspects.
