  Watertown Floor Covering is a flooring company based out of Waltham, MA that works mainly with corporations and universities in the Greater Boston Area. As a part-time employee I develop critical thinking skills day in and day out, manage junior level employees and provide directional assistance during everyday labor activities. I develop time management skills through every day operations by executing projects on time and working efficiently with my co-workers. As well as cross communicating with project managers from other companies in different trades to troubleshoot issues.
