  Reactivated a previously paused project and advanced it passed the schematic design phase by designing elevations approved by Birmingham and the Alabama Power Company. Compiled code data into tables and diagrams for two large multifamily development sites to help facilitate arguments for designs and code changes that best meet client needs. Interacted with a member of Signature Homes on a one on one basis to complete a marketing packet in Photoshop for a multifamily development, including plans and elevations that would be offered for presale. Created a roof model in ArchiCAD for a custom residential project that was difficult to read in two dimensions for contractor’s understanding and reference. Rendered a marketing drawing for Blackridge club house for a multifamily development in Photoshop and presented it to the client for approval. Used CAD to create mockup drawings during the construction phase of a club house and to draft various interior details. Show less
