  I got to work as a food service worker at one of the restaurants on campus, The Union. I learned how to do food prep, stocking, cash register, and cooking part time during my semesters on campus at the time. Was so much fun getting to cook for my fellow peers and make a little extra money on the side to help pay for my education and the food in my belly. Was my first time working a part-time job and I believe this is where I really learned how to be an effective employee especially with he help of my supervisors, Steve, Dan, and Diane. Show less

  I worked as a campus employee over my summers at Messiah college. The work was long and hard being a basic any man for the college. I got to clean, set up and tear down events, as well as be a hand for various types of events around campus. Was a lot of fun and my first real experience with a full time job.

  I got to be a RA for a bunch of high schoolers for 1 week at Messiah College. The kids were, for some of them the first time, getting exposure to campus life, the Film and Media Degree, and filmmaking in an all inclusive stay. Was a lot of fun working with the kids, especially those passionate about filmmaking. I got to act in one of the teams videos and I hope it never sees the light of day (because I can't act and was forced to by my group :P). But seriously, it was a life changing experience and I loved every second. Show less
