- As a part of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Victorian Government required the expansion of COVID call centres to meet the high demand of Victorians and the interstate Australians seeking COVID-19 related information. - My role entailed the ability to synthesise written data and provide detailed information in response to caller inquiries. Following Government announcements related to COVID, the hotline became frequently inundated, causing a high work intensity. - Due to the difficult circumstances the COVID pandemic produced, my role necessitated de-escalation and confrontation management skills - My experiences enabled me to strengthen my ability to work under pressure and develop my customer relations skills.
