  As the Operations Coordinator for Arizona Off Duty, I am responsible for overseeing operations conducted on all of our sites and ensuring that all first line supervisors and their subordinates are fully capable of completing all tasks. My role also acts as the Director of Training and Learning Management Systems. I am responsible for certifying and advising officers in all state and client-mandated training. I brief all of our officers on how to conduct operations at specific sites in accordance with our company’s policies and client requirements. I posses an Arizona Armed Guard Card and have facilitated security Operations for over 20 businesses and over a dozen VIP clients. These operations have ranged from a multitude of tactically disadvantageous settings and circumstances to high-profile, monetarily rich environments.   During my time in the U.S. Army, I held a secret security clearance and served as a team leader tasked with protecting U.S. diplomats during the first part of my deployment to Afghanistan. During the second part of my deployment, I was attached to the 10th Special Forces Group to perform counter-insurgency operations. I was then selected for the scout-sniper platoon, where I honed my skills as a precision shooter and leader. I led a maximum of 12 soldiers in highly stressful situations, managing risk to protect assets, property, and equipment valued at millions of dollars while exceeding the expectations of senior leadership. I have received numerous awards and decorations for my performance and completion of tasks, including the Combat Infantrymen Badge, Army Commendation Medal with Combat Device, and Good Conduct Ribbon.
