I managed Noa directly for over a year. During that time Noa has been instrumental in nearly all product development related projects. She quickly moved from doing simple content management tasks to overseeing entire work processes and internal projects involving content, product and technical requirements. She is highly methodical and detail oriented, and made it easy for me to place her in charge of overseeing various complex tasks involving the processing of huge volumes of data on top of half baked management systems. Her superb human skills have often put her in a position to liaison between sometimes conflicting requirements, and expedite processes that would otherwise might have taken much longer to complete.
