  Working on a project/event called Štivo uživo (eng. Reading Live), financed by the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia. The goal of the project is to motivate people to read more of contemporary Croatian literature because the year 2021 has been named "The year of reading" by the Ministry of Culture. I took care of the contracts, made sure everyone had the up-to-date information, kept in touch with the participants, venue managers, and designer. I also had influence on the marketing and promotion of the event, as well as creative decisions (scenography, decorations, etc.)
