  Founded in 2011, the Lana Association is a registered non-profit organization working from within and for Israel’s Southern Bedouin society. The organization services the Southern Bedouin society's children, adults and families with disabilities, while strengthening the community surrounding them. Lana develops regional solutions to suit the needs of disabled Bedouin individuals and their families, including disabilities across the spectrum and individuals of all ages. Lana's services emphasize the development of the community's health, leisure and welfare. At Lana, we believe in the inherent potential of the individual and in their right to live a life of dignity and independence, regardless of their culture, origin, skills or limitations.
