Front Office Agent: Responsible for guest registration, creating guest experience through interpersonal interaction, delivering excellent customer service, fulfilling guest's request and handling guests complain. Night Auditors: Auditing and balancing report from day shifts, playing the role as a manager on duty at the Front Office overnight, partnering with Security to ensure guest safety, and any other guest needs that arise. Reservationist/Guest Service: Overseeing the pre-arrival experience and assisting guests with booking reservations.
